Buy a dream home and drive away in a dream car
Dubai, United Arab Emirates – 17 December 2017: This Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF) DAMAC Properties is offering a brand new Tesla with the purchase of select units from DAMAC’s vast portfolio of luxury villas and apartments. For every qualifying purchase throughout DSF, running from December 26, 2017 till January 27, 2018, customers will drive away in the latest eco-friendly vehicle to hit the UAE.
Niall McLoughlin, Senior Vice President, DAMAC Properties said: “We’re delighted to participate in DSF again, and offer investors a unique opportunity to experience luxury with DAMAC, and drive away in a luxury car that one desires to own. As a long-standing supporter of DSF, every year we strive to appeal to visitors and residents of Dubai with exclusive deals that position the emirate as an exciting, vibrant city to visit, shop and enjoy its offerings.”
“We aim to surprise investors with a dream car to complement their home purchase and for this edition of DSF we are thrilled to offer a Tesla guaranteed with purchase from our select range of properties in the most desirable locations of Dubai. Customers look forward to our DSF promotions as we provide double the joy of owning a home – with a valuable car on the house – and we are proud of our ability to make dreams come true,” continued McLoughlin.
With DAMAC at the forefront of luxury real estate development in Dubai, the developer has always spearheaded the promotion of Dubai and its real estate offering internationally in many cities around the world by showcasing the experience of luxury living in Dubai. It has also pioneered the marketing initiative of giving away valuable gifts with real estate purchases and, over the years, DAMAC has given away luxury and super cars, yachts, and even a private jet and a private island in the Caribbean.
As of 30th September 2017, DAMAC Properties has delivered approximately 19,855 homes. The company has a development portfolio of over 44,000 units at various stages of progress and planning, comprising more than 13,000 hotel rooms, serviced apartments and hotel villas, which will be managed by its hospitality arm, DAMAC Hotels & Resorts.
