Interstuhl launches VINTAGEis5 chair in the GCC

The spectacular launch event took place at Armani Hotel Dubai on 12 April, 2017, where the award-winning new seating range made its regional debut in front of a selected gathering of VIP guests, partners, stakeholders and members of the media. 

Featuring an integrated design concept from designer Volker Eysing, the high-class VINTAGEis5 range combines a distinctive character with innovative features. The 2017 win of the German Design Award for design excellence is proof of the product line’s elegant aesthetics, while technical world firsts indicate the high quality craftsmanship and intelligent engineering. The innovative features and highest quality production values of the VINTAGEis5 address the needs of the modern workplace. ‘Smart Motion Technology’ revolutionises users’ working positions, relieving stress and tension caused by long periods of sitting at a desk. Adjustable to suit individual body weight and size, it uses kinematic processes to support an ergonomic body posture. The unique ‘Bionic Effect’ latex print used in the mesh version of the chair offers extra support, particularly in the lumbar region, while the new ‘Auto Flow Armrests’ dynamically re-adjust to users’ positions to ensure they stay active.
