Abu Dhabi, November 6th, 2016: ‘Town Square’, at Al Forsan Village located in the Khalifa City ‘A’ area, will now be home to several ‘community focussed’ brands. A large Spinneys outlet, Al Manara Pharmacy and JustKidding are now open along with other utility service providers including an Etisalat kiosk for the telecom needs. Al Forsan Village, is Abu Dhabi’s first active health focused mixed-use development.
Other key brands including Cheeky Monkeys, Grand Optics, Holland and Barrett, Tilia Flowers and Chocolate, illy Cafe, The Coffee Club Middle East, Oregano Restaurants, Reem Al Bawadi Restaurant and Café, and STREAT 9 Café are all set to open shortly. The interiors of majority of these outlets are in its final stages. These outlets located at the community’s vibrant retail destination is spread across 15,000m2.
The new retail community centre would be the converging point for the residents of the area which is now emerging as a hub for shopping and other retail activities. Al Forsan Village is optimistic that the retail space will become a key destination of choice to unwind for people living in Al Forsan Village and beyond.
Spinneys, the premier supermarket retailer in the Middle East and North Africa, was the first one to open doors to the residents for their daily grocery needs. JustKidding store showcases leading global brands right from - safe furniture, to smart and elegant travel gear, stylish yet organic clothing, joyful toys and super-practical and healthy baby care products. Al Manara Pharmacy that has been catering to UAE residents for decades will now also serve the needs of the community’s residents.
The retail space has been meticulously designed to accomplish a number of requirements which includes addressing the resident’s retail needs by providing a complete gated community experience. The planning of the project is developed on a series of concentric semi-circle housing arrangement, providing easy access to the retail destination and all its facilities.
