Home Centre to Collaborate with Chef Dima Al Sharif for Inaugural ‘Women's Tuesday' Session

• Culinary Workshop will run at Mall of the Emirates on 8 March

Brief: Home Centre, the largest home retailer in the Middle East, will kick-off its inaugural ‘Women's Tuesday' initiative on International Women's Day with a culinary journey hosted by Chef Dima Al Sharif.

Drawing from her just-launched cookery book Plated Heirlooms, Chef Dima will demonstrate the preparation of traditional Palestinian dishes with a modern twist. Plated Heirlooms features over 250 Palestinian recipes carefully perfected over time that can be easily replicated at home. Through her celebrated food blog, Back to Land and Home, Chef Dima has become a household name today with a dedicated following of professional chefs, home makers and culinary enthusiasts.

Initiative:  Starting 8 March, 2016, Home Centre's ‘Women's Tuesday' initiative will run for the entire year.
