December 29, 2015: Employees of Emirates Post Group (EPG) have expressed their support to the nationwide ‘Al Bayt Mitwahid’ (Our Home is United) initiative through a signature campaign that began at Ajman Central Post Office and has now moved to the head office in Dubai. The employees put their signatures on a huge board which is now displayed prominently in a public area at the head office.
EPG Chief Commercial Officer Mr. Ibrahim Bin Karam said: “The Al Bayt Mitwahid campaign focuses on national unity and giving back to society as the two key values cherished by our country. At Emirates Post Group, we are very pleased to participate in this initiative that brings the community closer in social engagement linked to national unity. We commend the employees for demonstrating their commitment to the noble initiative through a signature campaign.”
Al Bayt Mitwahid Association was inspired by the vision of the UAE's Founding Father, the late Sheikh Zayed, who recognized the importance of unity for realizing the hopes and aspirations of the people and instilled in everyone the spirit of giving without expectations and discrimination.
United in spirit and inspired by the leadership of the President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan and by the famous words "Al Bayt Mitwahid" uttered in 2012 by His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, employees of the Crown Prince court launched "Al Bayt Mitwahid" campaign to celebrate unity and promote a culture of generosity across UAE communities.
Al Bayt Mitwahid Association provides an open platform for UAE communities to give back to society by taking part in creating, fundraising, planning and implementing caring initiatives that celebrate unity and foster a feeling of solidarity and sense of duty.
