Join us for a day of guided hands on development of Universal Windows Platform apps that can run across all Windows 10 devices
10th December, 2015 – Dubai, United Arab Emirates: In line with observing Vice President, Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum’s declaration of 2015 as the year of innovation, Microsoft Gulf is hosting a free Windows 10 Development Camp on 14th December at Conrad Hotel in Dubai.
The day-long camp is a platform for developers to benefit from a guided hands-on development of Universal Windows Platform apps that can run across all Windows 10 devices. The participants will also learn the trends in developing for Windows 10 devices, among other things.
The camp will be a hands-on experience, thus participants are required to bring their laptops, which should have the following specs:
- A PC with minimum 4GB RAM, 1GB free disk space or an Apple Mac configured with Boot Camp with Windows 10 installed on its own partition.
- Windows 10 must be installed before the event - we will not be able to assist in the installation of Windows 10 at the event.
- Visual Studio 2015 Community installed (download) or Visual Studio 2015 Professional or Visual Studio 2015 Enterprise installed.
Participants will not only walk away with the newfound knowledge; they will also be awarded certificates of completion. Whether you haven't looked at your most recent project in 1 month or 1 year, there is plenty to learn about what's new in developing for Windows 10 devices - not just for a PC or a phone, but for all Windows 10 devices. That is an unprecedented opportunity of over one billion devices. Seats are limited, register here for free!
