Noor Bank Bags GCC Best Employer Brand Award

Dubai-UAE: 12 October, 2015 – Noor Bank has won the ‘GCC Best Employer Brand Award’, an annual industry tribute hosted by the Employer Branding Institute to celebrate top talent in human resources development within the UAE and the wider region.
Senior executives Maheen Kamali, Emiratisation & Senior HR Business Partner, Noor Bank and Noora AlGargawi, Manager, HR Operations, Noor Bank, received the award at a ceremony at Taj Palace Hotel Dubai. The prize recognised Noor Bank’s consistent improvement in HR policy, success as a social and equal opportunities employer, and for its strong thrust on developing future leaders.
Speaking of the award win, Hind Al Attar, Head of Human Resources, Noor Bank, said: “We are proud to have added this accolade to our growing list of achievements. Our team is highly committed to implementing a strong HR management policy for our organisation. Developing future national leaders is a big part of this priority, in line with our Emiratisation initiatives.

The award winners were judged based on independent research conducted by an expert panel of former C-suite executives from the Economic Times and World CSR Day, among other leading Asian companies.
Noor Bank has established itself as a leader in promoting Emirati talent. The bank has organised several internal and external training sessions and workshops and has actively participated in career fairs to source the best and brightest Emirati professionals.
