Yoga Day Event by Springdales School & Tender Hearts Arena

The SAWA department organized a yoga session on 26th June 2019 in partnership with Tender Hearts Arena, Dubai. This initiative was conducted to celebrate yoga month. Tender Hearts Arena is an Institute that seeks to enhance the social, behavioral, and life skills of Determined Learners in a fun and creative manner. The yoga teacher from Tender Hearts Arena with 15 determined students lead the yoga session with our Springdalians.

Students from KG to Secondary attended along with their teachers. The session went on for 1 hour, where different yoga postures were taught and followed by all the students and teachers.

The primary purpose of this event was:-

• To develop the habit of meditation among youngsters to enjoy more peace of mind and self-awareness.

• To promote the good mental and physical health of people through yoga.

• To educate people about the various means of overcoming stress naturally without resorting to any artificial medicine.

• To bring communities much close together to spend a day for health from a busy schedule.
