Tilal Launched to Develop Sharjah's Real Estate Sector

UAE-Sharjah/Sharjah Media Centre: October 18th, 2014 - Sharjah Asset Management, in partnership with Eskan Real Estate Development, has launched Tilal Real Estate, a company aimed at the establishment, development and management of real estate projects.
 
His Excellency (HE) Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, Board Chairman of Tilal Real Estate, revealed that the company’s first project would be Tilal City, which will be located along Emirates Road, on a total area of 25 million square feet.
 
The vision of Tilal Real Estate, according to its Board Chairman, is founded in the developmental boom achieved by Sharjah under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, UAE Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah. Thanks to these directives, Sharjah now enjoys a robust infrastructure that attracts investments and a significant economic base at the level of the Gulf region.
 
HE noted that a series of real estate projects would be developed in Sharjah, according to the highest quality standards to further improve the emirate’s real estate and tourism sectors.
 
He pointed out that Sharjah’s real estate market heralds further growth in light of the strong confidence it has earned from international investors.
