Dubai Land Department and RERA present Provident Real Estate with the Brokerage Firm Honorary Award of 2014 during City Scape Global

Provident Real Estate, a leading brokerage firm in the UAE, was recognized and awarded the Honorary Brokerage Firm Award of 2014 by the Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA during the thirteenth City Scape Global Summit held at the Dubai World Trade Center (DWTC).

The Director General of the DLD and His Excellency Sutan Butti Bin Merjen and Eng Marwan Bin Ghalita, CEO of RERA presented the award to Mr. Loai Al Fakir, CEO and Mr. Gibran Bukhari COO, of Provident, at a ceremony held at Maktoom Hall DWTC.

This is the first year that real estate organizations in the Dubai market have been recognized for their contributions to the industry by the DLD and RERA both of whom were the main supporters of the summit.

The Government bodies selected and presented Provident Estate with the Honorary award taking into account Provident’s dedication and contribution to the growth of the real estate industry in the UAE, whilst adhering to the code of ethics and handling a large number of transactions without comprising quality customer service. In addition Provident Estate is an ISO certified organization which is globally recognized for quality management.

Upon accepting the award, Mr. Fakir commented that “We are very honored to have won such a prestigious award which signifies our hard work and dedication to the industry. We are always looking for ways to better our service capability and improve service to the industry as a whole”.
