Kuzu Group and Qatari Diar luxury project Sea Pearl Ataköy receives overwhelming response at Cityscape Global

Dubai, September 22, 2014: Sea Pearl Ataköy, a luxury project in Istanbul by leading Turkish developer Kuzu Group and Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company, has received an overwhelming interest from investors in the UAE. The project was showcased at Cityscape Global in Dubai, UAE.

Located on the banks of the Sea of Marmara in Istanbul, one of the most prestigious residential localities in the city, the Sea Pearl Ataköy will comprise 1,474 luxurious apartment units and a deluxe five-star hotel, high-end boutiques featuring global brands and lavish restaurants.

With an investment of USD 2.7 billion, the project is slated to be one of the most luxurious in Istanbul.

The development is established in a bustling central location near other hotels, shopping malls, schools, and hospitals, and will be five minutes away from Atatürk Airport, Ataköy Marina, and the ferry terminal.

The residential units will be built using high-quality materials, including an earthquake resistant piled raft foundation system, central floor heating, high-end built-in kitchens, and sound insulation between each flat. 

The project began in March 2014 and is aimed for completion in February 2018.
