Free ‘Get Driver Fit' classes continue to inspire Abu Dhabi fitness

Abu Dhabi, UAE – September 20, 2014: Starting this week, FLASH Entertainment in partnership with the National Health Insurance Company – Daman through its initiative ActiveLife, are offering free fitness classes for Abu Dhabi residents. Launched on September 7th, the second ‘Get Driver Fit’ program continues to inspire the population of Abu Dhabi to get active in a fun and engaging way, with the ultimate aim of making cultural shifts towards better fitness and performance orientation.
Suitable for all levels of fitness and designed for the entire community the free exercise classes return every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at 6.30pm and every Saturday at 7.00am at Hiltonia Health Club & Spa, Abu Dhabi. Designed to focus on the muscle groups, skills and techniques utilized by the world’s top racing drivers, the boot camp sessions will push fitness limits getting participants in top shape.
Register up to a week in advance at www.yasalam.ae to secure a place in one of the free sessions.
To engage the entire community the ‘Get Driver Fit’ campaign has been designed with both mixed gender and female only classes offered throughout the city.
