Leading Turkish developer Kuzu Group to showcase its luxury project Sea Pearl Ataköy at Cityscape Global

Dubai, September 17, 2014: Kuzu Group, the leading property developer in Turkey, and Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company, will showcase their latest luxury venture Sea Pearl Ataköy - Istanbul, Turkey, at the leading real estate event Cityscape Global in Dubai, UAE. Cityscape will be held at the Dubai International Exhibition and Convention Centre on 21 - 23 September 2014.

Located on the banks of the Sea of Marmara in Istanbul, one of the most prestigious residential localities in the city, the Sea Pearl Ataköy will comprise 1,474 luxurious apartment units and a deluxe five-star hotel, high-end boutiques featuring global brands and lavish restaurants.

With an investment of USD 2.7 billion, the project is slated to be one of the most luxurious in Istanbul.

The development is established in a bustling central location near other hotels, shopping malls, schools, and hospitals, and will be five minutes away from Atatürk Airport, Ataköy Marina, and the ferry terminal.

The residential units will be built using high-quality materials, including an earthquake resistant piled raft foundation system, central floor heating, high-end built-in kitchens, and sound insulation between each flat. 

The project began in March 2014 and is aimed for completion in February 2018.
