Dubai Municipality extends support to ‘Smart Living City – Dubai 2014'

[UAE, August 27, 2014] - TASWEEK Real Estate Development and Marketing, a provider of comprehensive real estate development solutions for the UAE and the broader Middle East, has announced that Dubai Municipality will participate in the prestigious ‘Smart Living City (SLC) – Dubai 2014’ at the Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel. The company said that Dubai Municipality will share with other high-profile attendees its sustainable and integrated urban development initiatives to transform the emirate into one of the world’s smart cities. The presentation will be delivered on the first day of the event on September 15. The exhibition will run until September 16 and will be held under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai.
‘SLC- Dubai 2014’ will serve as a platform for local, regional, and international government representatives – including the delegation from Dubai Municipality - company executives, technology investors, and business accelerators to tackle emerging opportunities to further encourage the development of smart cities. Dubai Municipality, in particular, will highlight its current and future programs to attain high quality of life and sustainable economic development in the emirate. The municipality will also discuss its initiatives to create strong human capital and advanced information and communications technology infrastructure in the city.
