Pure Fitness introduces new workouts for working women

A Range of exciting new classes is launched this September to help working women get fit and shed the extra pounds
Dubai, Monday 25th August 2014: Pure Fitness has helped hundreds of mums get back into their pre-pregnancy jeans and now, due to popular demand, Pure Fitness is offering a fantastic range of workouts for working women too!
The new Working Woman Workout schedule offers a range of fun workouts, all delivered with the latest scientific fitness standards that promise highly effective results and at times that work for the busy working woman! From September, the new Pure Fitness classes will be taking place at the Impact Studios in Motor City. Offering classes at 18:30 and 19:30 on Sunday evenings, women can marvel at the stunning sunset over the distinct Dubai skyline, while sweating it out and getting back into shape.
Due to popular demand, Pure Fitness will also be expanding their day time classes at Impact Studios, offering punch-packed, high energy, calorie-burning classes at 08:45 every Monday and Thursday mornings.
For those working women who prefer the great outdoors, why not pop down to one of Pure Fitness’s new outdoor classes - The Pure Sweatcamps! Located in the Palm Park every Tuesday morning at 06:30am, and Barsha Park at 7.30pm on Tuesday evenings, the Pure Sweatcamp will have you shedding the pounds quickly and easily. Classes cost AED 60, with one class free with every package of 5 purchased.
