Underwent AED15M major renovation to give guests more comfort and convenience

Dubai, UAE (28 July 2014): Al Bustan Centre and Residence, the popular hotel apartments among tourists and businessmen located in the heart of Dubai, will now have a new and more vibrant look with the near completion of its major renovation.

The renovation, which will be completed by August 2014 with a cost of AED15-million, is aimed at enhancing the holiday experience of the hotel guests by bringing in state-of-the-art facilities and improving the comfort and convenience of their stay.

Al Bustan Centre and Residence offers 640 rooms and suites to its business and leisure guests – an inventory so large that it can easily take care of 2,500 guests in one go.  The rooms are spacious: studios cover around 350 sq ft area; one-bedroom is spread over 750 sq ft; and two-bedroom 1,095 sq ft.  Every room is equipped with a kitchenette, basic appliances like a cooker, toaster and refrigerator, dining and living space with a flat panel TV.  A family of four can comfortably stay in a two-bedroom apartment and enjoy time together.  Business travellers can attend to their guests at ease in the living area. ABCR also offers free Laundromat service to guests.
