Deyaar to Mark Debut Participation in Cityscape Jeddah

Set to Showcase Dubai Projects at Business Bay, DIFC and IMPZ to Potential Saudi Investors
Dubai-UAE: 29 April, 2014 – Deyaar Development PJSC (Deyaar), a regional real estate company dedicated to innovation, customer care and long-term sustainable growth, today announced its maiden participation in the leading annual real estate exhibition and conference Cityscape Jeddah.
The fifth urban development and real estate investment event - Cityscape Jeddah is set to run from 4-6 May at the Jeddah Centre for Forums and Events in Saudi Arabia.
Through its participation in the definitive real estate event, Deyaar aims to attract investors to its new and upcoming projects in Dubai. Deyaar will highlight the recently announced premium hotel apartment tower at The Atria, a 1.25 million sq ft luxury mixed-use twin tower complex located at Business Bay. Additionally, investors would also get the chance to make bookings in the latest Deyaar projects in Business Bay and IMPZ (International Media Production Zone) in Dubai.
The projects that will be showcased include a 48 storey premium residential tower, part of the Central Park project at DIFC (Dubai International Financial Center) and developed by Arady Developments, a joint venture between Deyaar Development and Dubai Properties Group.

Cityscape Jeddah expects to draw an estimated 8,000 visitors over a three-day period presenting developers from Saudi Arabia and the GCC with a platform to promote new projects and connect with customers and industry professionals.
