ADCP and ADCE launch new brand identity in conjunction with

Abu Dhabi, 23 April 2014: Abu Dhabi Commercial Properties (ADCP) and Abu Dhabi Commercial Engineering Services (ADCE), subsidiary companies of Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, are announcing their participation in one of the emirate’s most prominent real estate shows, “Cityscape Abu Dhabi,” taking place from 22-24 April, 2014 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre. The eight annual Cityscape Abu Dhabi will host more than 120 exhibitors and major developers from Turkey, Egypt, USA, Russia, UK, and Oman.
In line with Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank’s 2013 rebrand and in continuation of their commitment to customers, ADCP and ADCE are now embarking on a rebranding initiative of their own. Both subsidiaries will act in line with corporate strategy to overhaul their identity in order to enhance brand equity.
Mr. Abdulla Khalifa Al Suwaidi, Managing Director, ADCP and ADCE highlighted the, importance of their participation in Cityscape saying, “with increasing investor interest driven by market and economic growth we stand at forefront of the Abu Dhabi real estate market by providing services to both bank and privately owned properties and we are very motivated to showcase our latest developments at Cityscape.” Mr. Al Suwaidi also highlighted the fact that ADCP manages more than 61,000 residential and commercial units throughout the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, including residential villas and apartments, business outlets, office spaces and industrial facilities.
Among the highlights of this year’s exhibition is the Abu Dhabi Market Overview Executive Luncheon, which will put a spotlight on Abu Dhabi’s latest project development updates from the emirate’s largest developers.
A VIP networking reception will provide a platform for influential decision makers, international investors, developers, architects, designers, and consultants to meet, exchange ideas, and share development updates.
