WD makes a showing at GITEX Shopper Spring Edition 2014

WD is keen to wow visitorsthat attend GITEX Shopper Spring Edition 2014 with itsrange of consumer storage solutions. Personal cloud products such as the My Cloud and My Cloud EX4, along with portable storage solutions such as the My Passport Ultra and My Passport Slim will be in focus.The shopping extravaganza takes place from the 23rd to the 26th of April at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

The My Cloud offers up to 4TB of storage capacity, which can be expanded by connecting a USB hard drive to the built-in USB3.0 expansion port. The My Cloud EX4 meanwhile is a four-bay personal cloud device that can be purchased as a barebones device or with up to four 4TB WD Red hard drives, which give the device up to 16TB of capacity (when running in RAID 0).

The My Passport Ultra and My Passport Slim family of drives offer up to 2TB of storage capacity and boast the USB3.0 interface. My Passport Ultra drives are available in several different colours, while the My Passport Slim features an ultra-slim, metal design that makes it the perfect companion to those with ultrabooks.
