GOLD'S GYM UAE to open 45,000 Square Feet

Dubai, United Arab Emirates - 7 April 2014: Gold’s Gym UAE announced agreement to open a comprehensive new fitness facility. Gold’s Gym UAE, a part of the Al Ahli Holding group in the UAE is all set to open its’ new fitness facility in Al Hamriya, Union Cooperative Society, Abu Hail, Deira, Dubai. This makes it the 18th club in the chain’s health and fitness push across the UAE.
This new facility of Gold’s Gym UAE stretches across 45,000 square feet. The Hamriya Branch will have a mixed use health space and also dedicated women-only facilities. With a view to accommodate more members at the gym and still provide a spacious yet comfortable atmosphere for workout. The gym will also host an official Gold’s Gym Training Academy with an emphasis on staff learning & development.

With Technogym as the official equipment partner, this facility will offer superior gym gear for its members. This will be a resourceful location with facilities including cardio training, strength training and free weight workouts. A customized GGX studio – Gold’s Group Exercises comprising of Body Jam, Zumba, Body Combat, Body Pump etc. will also be one of the attractions in the gym. The facility will house crèche for kids and Kids classes.

The facility in Al Hamriya will offer special introductory memberships to fitness enthusiasts. The Gym caters to professional athlete requirements while staying approachable and family-friendly.
