Grand Millennium Dubai to Deliver the Most Premium Interactive Experience for Hotel Guests in the MENA Region

Grand Millennium Dubai is amongst the very first hotels in the MENA Region to install LOCATEL’s Eclipse Connected TV system, powered by Samsung H.Browser that will enable the hotel to offer variety of smart in-room entertainment.
Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., a global leader in digital media and digital convergence technologies and LOCATEL, the premium provider of IT and entertainment systems for Hospitality, recently tied up together to offer the latest technological innovation to the hospitality industry in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
Making the announcement, Mr Peter Mansourian, General Manager, Grand Millennium Dubai, said, “With the help of this innovative technology, Grand Millennium Dubai will offer state-of-the-art Guest Entertainment solutions by combining LOCATEL software which is designed especially for the hospitality sector and Samsung H.Browser which eliminates the need for and external set-top box. The H.Browser which is powered by LOCATEL’s Eclipse Connected TV System, offers guests with direct access to a full range of services and a premium interactive experience on Samsung’s Smart Hospitality Display, smartphones and tablets. Guests will also enjoy a wide range of content, which includes TV channels, Video on Demand (VOD), radio, games, city information and hotel services, using an easy-to-navigate interface with fast response time”.
The Grand Millennium Dubai aspires to extend the latest of what technology has to offer to its guest. The recent addition of the interactive TV system adds to the state-of-the-art technology used at the meeting facilities and to the Wi-Fi installed in the luxury hotel cars.
