Yoku Moku supports 2nd Japanese speech competition in Abu Dhabi

Yoku Moku, one of the leading confectionary brands from Japan with a sizeable market presence in the UAE, supported the 2nd Japanese Speech Contest 2014, organized by the Embassy of Japan in the UAE this week.
The contest, held at Khalifa University in Abu Dhabi, brought together 20-plus students from various universities and high schools in the UAE offering Japanese classes.
Over 100 top officials, including HE Yoshihiko Kamo, Ambassador of Japan to the UAE, Sheikhs, dignitaries and academics attended the contest.
Yoku Moku sponsored six prizes for the winners – three each in the Beginners Category and the Intermediate Category. The contest was won by Mariam AlMusharrakh in the Beginners category for her speech titled: living my dream, and by Fatma Sahem in the Intermediate category for her speech titled: Things I like about Japan.
It is to be remarked that most of the contestants were from the UAE, and Arabic Speaking nationalities.
