On Cloud Zen: A new, fun blog championing wellbeing and the quest for health & happiness launches in the UAE

Dubai, Thursday 16th January, 2014: On Cloud Zen champions wellbeing and is designed to help us all on the challenging quest of learning to prioritise our own health, self-worth and inner sense of happiness.
The concept of this growing blog is inspired by the founder's personal experience – after travelling to India, Sarah Bladen, visited and listened to the Dalai Lama, spent time in a meditation resort, and as a result discovered how to start living a Zen-inspired lifestyle, channeling life's ups and downs into something positive. On Cloud Zen is a wonderful platform for Sarah to share her experiences with her readers and she hopes it will inspire others to start redefining success in terms of health rather than wealth, and share her passion for all things Zen.
As a consultant editor for a yoga magazine and former editor of the Middle East edition of OK! Sarah certainly understands what people want to read and how to produce it. On Cloud Zen covers interviews, natural beauty reviews as well as thought-provoking pieces. It shares practical Zen-inspired tips as well as advice from respected motivational speakers, ethical fashion designers, energy healers, spiritual masters and more. There are interviews with Hollywood actors and famous fitness fanatics, all of which make for compelling reading. Feature content is insightful and topical – expect anything from a post debating whether yoga has lost its soul to a tribute to Mandela. Readers are also kept up to date with everything from organic beauty to wellness-inspired travel. Sarah's aim is that her readers find On Cloud Zen a one-stop-shop for everything related to wellbeing.
