Great Place to Work® Institute recognises the top SMEs for 2013 in the UAE

Emitac Healthcare Solutions (EHS) has been recognized as one of the “Top SME's to Work for in the UAE” for 2013 by Great Place to Work Institute, a global research and management consultancy. EHS received a Distinguished Mention at an awards ceremony held yesterday at the SME 100 headquarters in Dubai. The official list, to be published in the October-November issue of Intelligent SME, recognises the nation's six best SMEs based on the confidential feedback of employees and an audit of management practices. 

Emitac Healthcare Solutions is a leading Healthcare Informatics & Technology Solution provider in the UAE. To pick the “Top SMEs to Work for in the UAE”, the Great Place to Work® Institutes conducts an evaluation of each participating company. Two-thirds of the company's score is based on the results of the Institute's Trust© survey, which is sent to the employees from each company. The survey asks questions related to their attitudes about the management's credibility, employee engagement and job satisfaction. The other third of the scoring is based on the company's responses to the Institute's Culture Audit, which includes detailed questions about pay and benefits programs and a series of open-ended questions about hiring, communication, and development.
