The Easa Saleh Al Gurg Charity Foundation ( ESAG) donated AED 1.2 million to modernize hospital beds at Dubai Hospital.

United Arab Emirates, Dubai, July 31, 2013: Easa Saleh Al Gurg (ESAG) Charity Foundation signed an agreement with the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) to donate 95 beds to Dubai Hospital.
H.E. Eng. Essa Al Maidoor Director-General of the DHA and Raja Al Gurg CEO of the ESAG recently signed the agreement at the DHA headquarters in the presence of HE Khalid Ahmed Al Sheikh Mubarak, Deputy Director-General of the DHA, Dr. Abdulrazzak Almadani CEO of Dubai Hospital, Jasim Al Awadhi, CEO of Support Services Sector, Taha Ketait, Director of Finance and Administrative Affairs at Dubai Hospital and Salim Bin Lahej Director of DHA Community Service Committee.
H.E. Eng. Essa Al Hajj Al Maidoor Director-General of the DHA praised this charitable and humanitarian initiative that coincided with Zayed Humanitarian Day. “ESAG has over the last 50 years, extended its philanthropy across all fields including the health sector. The funding will help us modernize our services at the hospital which will further enhance customer satisfaction. We are thankful to such charities that reach out to various organizations in the UAE with an aim to better serve the members of our society.”
Mrs. Raja Al Gurg said that as part of its strategy the ESAG Charity Foundation pays special attention to the UAE healthcare sector. She added that the charity is pleased to cooperate with the DHA as the authority has the vision and the means to strengthen and further improve the health sector in the UAE.
ESAG Charity Foundation is a self-funded organization that does not accept outside contributions. The ESAG works to support several charitable and welfare initiatives in the health sector with an aim of further enhancing the levels of healthcare in the country.
