Dubai Refreshment Company pledges support to the Dubai Police anti-drugs campaign

In a step which reinforces its commitment to the community, Dubai Refreshment Company joined hands with Dubai Police to give a boost to its anti-drug campaign entitled “Yes to Sports and No to Drugs”. Dubai Refreshment aims to show support and sponsorship to this ongoing and UAE-wide project initiative, which is set to eliminate the use of drugs and narcotics in the region.
Dubai Police has been heading campaigns and awareness programs preventing illicit drug use, misuse and abuse of narcotics as well as underage drinking. The new campaign is a mean to create safe neighborhoods and get rid of drug use in Dubai's community through sport-related programs.
The campaign aims to reinforce a healthy lifestyle through sports and helps in encouraging the public to support its anti-drug awareness project. Dubai Refreshment Company supports Dubai Police in its efforts to promote health and safety standards in Dubai.
Mr. Tarek El Sakka, General Manager of Dubai Refreshment Company enthusiastically said, “We are very pleased to support Dubai Police in its anti-drug efforts through this "Yes to Sports and No to Drugs" campaign. We believe that Dubai Police's core mission will be achieved in reinforcing anti-drug awareness for the youth and community's welfare. This is a privilege for us to receive such an invitation and be one of the campaign's sponsors. We always make sure to support any similar campaigns by Dubai Police and other governmental agencies in Dubai.
