RTA Announces Service Timings During Hijri New Year 1448 Holiday

Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has outlined the operating hours for its services during the Hijri New Year 1448 public holiday, covering Customer Happiness Centres, Paid Public Parking, Public Buses, Dubai Metro and Tram, Marine Transport, and Service Provider Centres (Vehicle Testing).
Customer Happiness Centres
All RTA Customer Happiness Centres will be closed on Monday, 15th June 2026. The Customer Happiness Centre in Umm Ramool, along with Smart Kiosks in Deira, Al Barsha, Al Tawar, Al Kifaf and RTA Headquarters, will continue to operate around the clock as usual.
Service Provider Centres (Vehicle Testing)
All Service Provider Centres will be closed on Monday, 15th June 2026. Regular working hours will resume on Tuesday, 16th June 2026.
Dubai Metro: Red and Green Lines
Monday, 15th June: 5:00 am – 12:00 midnight
Dubai Tram
Monday, 15th June: 6:00 am – 1:00 am (next day)
Public Buses
For updated bus timings during the Hijri New Year holiday, please check S’hail app.
Note: Bus Route E100 will not operate from Al Ghubaiba Bus Station to Abu Dhabi from Saturday, 13th June to Monday, 15th June 2026. Passengers are advised to use Route E101 from Ibn Battuta Bus Station to Abu Dhabi during this period.

Public Parking
All public parking will be free of charge on Monday, 15th June 2026, except for multi-storey parking facilities. Standard parking tariffs will resume on Tuesday, 16th June 2026.
