Union Coop: ‘Mock Evacuation' Drill Conducted at Etihad Mall in Cooperation with Dubai Civil Defense

The mall was successfully evacuated within 3 minutes 

Dubai, UAE:   Union Coop, in cooperation with the General Directorate of Civil Defense in Dubai, carried out a mock fire evacuation drill at Etihad Mall, to determine the extent of readiness to deal with emergency cases and fire accidents.

Union Coop stressed that mock evacuation training, which was organized in cooperation with the Dubai Civil Defense focused on the application of precautionary and awareness measures that effectively contribute to raising the efficiency and readiness of the cooperative while ensuring a speedy response in the event of accidents or emergencies, and thanked the Civil Defense Department, which periodically conducts training exercises that raise prevention and safety indicators and raise awareness among community members in the Emirate.
