Question 1:
Why is Expo an important platform for Dubai Cares?
Answer 1:
The Dubai Cares Pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai represents much more than a dedicated space for an organization that is participating in this much-awaited global event. It embodies the deep-rooted values of generosity and far-sightedness that are so entrenched in the UAE culture and is a showcase of the tireless efforts of our country’s leadership and people in contributing towards an equitable and inclusive future for all children globally. In addition to highlighting how far we have come in our journey to enabling equal access to quality education, the pavilion has shined a light on how much farther we still need to go to transform global education, especially against the backdrop of the disruptions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic
Question 2:
What kind of technology are being used at the Pavilion and how does it align with your overall objectives?
Answer 2:
“The Future is Human,” is the key theme that we’re hoping to teach individuals of all ages and nationalities when they come and visit our pavilion. about the importance of education. It’s an immersive and experiential journey that brings individuals closer to our origin story of coming together and creating a movement to bring equitable access to education and learning opportunities for children and youth. Within the Dubai Cares Pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai, visitors can experience a whole new definition education. While on showcase in an education-focused setting at the Dubai Cares Pavilion, visitors can experience an immersive full-circle learning experience around the future of work to understand what lies ahead for our children and how we are preparing them for increasing disruption and adaptability.

Tell us more about your partnership with LG, what does it entail?
Answer 3:
We are delighted to have partnered with LG for such an amazing initiative. LG is supporting students and educators alike with solutions that strengthen audiovisual immersion and encourage student-teacher collaboration. LG has partnered with us to not only power the pavilion but support our mission to enable equitable access to quality education for children and youth around the world. LG Electronics have provided us with information display technologies that make the experience at the Dubai Cares pavilion both smart and immersive. Furthermore, to ensure that the Dubai Cares Pavilion is a remarkable experience for all our visitors and guests, we were so delighted to partner with LG Electronics to leverage their industry-leading expertise in the latest technologies and solutions to deliver a memorable journey that has been very impactful
Question 4:
What are the key milestones you have achieved/activities you have conducted during this time at Expo?
Answer 4:
Over the course of Expo, students have had the opportunity to participate in hands-on fun and educational workshops. Designed for youth, educators and parents across multiple unique zones, we have enriched their understanding of the emirate beyond common perceptions, introducing them to Dubai Cares and its mission and enlightening them about the importance of the various stages of learning. We have also recruited young ambassadors to actively participate in Dubai Cares’ activities beyond Expo – empowering them to further their lifelong learning journey.

When people leave the pavilion, what is the one key message you would like them to take away?
Answer 5:
We’re hoping that people gain a deeper understanding of the transformative impact of education on the future of our communities globally through this experience.
