Guests with “Sweet Tooth” are Set for an Exciting new Desserts Destination at Global Village Season 26!

Inspired by Asia’s famous Railway Markets, Global Village will be introducing a new concept dedicated to sweets and desserts from across Asia. 

Dubai, UAE – 03 August 2021: Global Village, the UAE and wider region's leading multicultural family destination for culture, shopping, and entertainment, has revealed one of its latest food concepts for Season 26. Guests with a sweet tooth are set to enjoy the brand new Railway Market, a unique experience that will offer a world of sweets, desserts and baked goods from across Asia and around the world. Inspired by Thailand’s world-famous ‘Umbrella Market’, the soon-to-be-unveiled Railway Market at Global Village is sure to become a popular attraction overnight.

The Railway Market at Global Village promises to delight guests of all ages, with its unusual theming of 14 train carriages, or “bogies”, which will host over 30 vendors of sweets, ice-cream, pastries, beverages and confectionary of all types. To bring the park's Railway Market vision to life and introduce memorable new attractions for Season 26, Global Village’s team have been hard at work upgrading infrastructure and planning new experiences. 

Global Village will re-open its gates to the world on Tuesday, October 26, 2021, and run for 167 consecutive days. Guests and families planning to visit can expect further exciting announcements regarding upcoming events and attractions over the coming period.
