Summertime Essentials

June 06, 2021:  Summertime is an invitation to enjoy the Alegría de Vivir characteristic of the House of Herrera. Sunsets, a refreshing breeze, or the smell of sea salt provide the perfect setting that always comes to mind when remembering those special moments.  Such summertime memories have been the inspiration behind the pieces that Carolina presents for high summer. 

Pieces that are designed not just for those who enjoy rest and relaxation. Bags have been handcrafted using different artisanal techniques in our Leather Atelier in Spain and accessories reflect House icons such as Carolina’s initials, the Toucan or Polka Dots; all reinterpreted in different formats. 

The essence of the season is reflected in different prints, shapes, and fabrics which playfully position Carolina’s initials using cheerful color contrasts. The combination of saturated citrus tones and neutral shades appears in kaftans, sandals, hats, scarves, sarongs, costume jewelry and bags such as Capazo or Aveiro, which transmit the charm of craftsmanship through the braiding that gives them shape.
