Customers simply have to go on Gearbox’s rental website, choose any of Sony gears, the rental dates, delivery option and confirm booking. The customised workflow assures delivery of the product by afternoon, a day before the rental commences. The delivery service also collects the products back a day after the rental expires. Gearbox also offers consultation services and tech guides via multiple channels such as Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct Messaging, Website Chat and Phone to ensure the hired equipment will best meet the user’s requirement.
