Elematic Showcases Their Latest Innovations in Precast Concrete Production Technology at the Big 5

Dubai 25, 2019:   Elematic, a global leader in precast concrete production technologies, is introducing their newly launched Extruder E9 casting machine at The Big 5 exhibition in Dubai. It sets a new benchmark for high-speed casting in hollow-core slab production. Elematic Modifier E9 offers accurate, fast and flexible marking and digging of cutting lines and openings. 

The new, fifth generation Extruder E9 casts from 30 to 70% faster than its predecessor, achieved not only by automation and optimized casting parameters, but also by completely new design of the extruding screws and independent screw drives that speed up the process. It forms a competent, cost saving working couple with the new Modifier E9 which features efficient concrete recycling. This is enabled by not using any water in the digging process which means that concrete removed from openings can be recycled back to the extruder in the hollow-core slab production process. Furthermore, the Modifier E9 saves considerable time by eliminating the need for manual marking of cutting lines or making openings for lifting loop installations and through holes.

Elematic Plant Control system allows for the building elements’ designs and production lines as well as their production sequences and logistics to seamlessly connect to BIM. The advanced solution is designed for precast production’s specific needs – the plant can manage, control and optimize the whole production process as well as individual automatic machines with the system. Plant Control software represents potential for considerable payback through efficient raw material management, labor costs data and logistics. The software is improving the efficiency of the factory.  Elematic Plant Control now includes a new WallMES system that covers automatic production planning, work follow-up and quality control operations for the optimization of precast wall panel production, in addition to previously introduced FloorMES.
