Guests were also offered complimentary health checkups done by American Hospital Dubai, enjoyed a number of activities at the end point.
On this occasion, Sherif Beshara, Chief Executive Officer of Mohamed & Obaid Al Mulla Group, commented: “Mustache Knights highlights the commitment of American Hospital Dubai to align with global health movements and mobilize the entire community towards a happier and healthier future. Our efforts seek the well-being of the nation, and organizing the first motorbike campaign complements our mission. With this, we highlight the importance of a very important issue – men’s health.”
Motaz Kurdi, a participating biker, said: “It was an incredible and humbling experience to see so many bikers from across the country come together to support the “Movember” campaign and to increase awareness about the men’s health, I would like to thank American hospital for organising this amazing event “
Researches have shown that when it comes to prevention and early detection, men's health often takes a back seat, as compared to women, who are mostly more conscious and attentive about their health. The campaign seeks to heighten the awareness of preventable health problems and shed light on the importance of encouraging early detection and treatment among men.
