Al-Futtaim Malls Wins Big at RECON MENA

Record Eight Awards presented to Festival City Destinations
Dubai, UAE, 07 November 2019: Al-Futtaim Malls picked up a record eight awards at the RECON MENA Awards hosted by Middle East Council of Shopping Centres and Retailers (MESC+R) in Dubai last week. Its properties across the region all scooped prizes in different categories for marketing campaigns and initiatives in the past year focusing on promotions, digital, sponsorship, customer experience and engagement.

The mall developer picked up three gold and five silver awards for some of its most innovative and creative activations. Among the awards, the Malls were recognized for;
• Dubai’s Most Magical Festive Market – Customer Service Experience and/or Engagement
• Spotify Music Streaming Launch with IMAGINE Dubai Festival City – Digital/Social Media
• Spring into Festivities at Cairo Festival City Mall – Sales Promotion and Events
