Ajman-UAE: October 07, 2019 – “I am so proud and honored to be an Alumni of Ajman University (AU).”
This is how Hind Humaid bin Hindi Alaleeli, one of the two winners of the emirate of Ajman in the recent Federal National Council (FNC) elections, reacted while meeting AU chancellor and faculty on Monday.
Paying special tributes to AU faculty, Alaleeli, who has recently earned her PhD in law from a prestigious university in Egypt, said her professors have played a key role in building up her knowledge, culture and character.
“The sincere advice and knowledge they have imparted to me have had a significant impact on my professional and social excellence,” she said, wishing to join AU again, yet as a professor.
AU Chancellor, Dr Karim Seghir, congratulated Alaleeli on her astounding success, expressing his utmost pride of Ajman University alumni who have assumed leading positions locally and worldwide.
“This proves that Ajman University provides its students with the right tools to unlock their potential, ending up in a prestigious place for AU among world top universities.”
The ‘make it happen’ spirit, let alone the full practical, innovative, and impactful support from all AU faculty and staff, have made such quantum leaps possible, he added, wishing Al Aleeli all the best in her new mission as an FNC member.
Earlier, His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Ajman University, and Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of Ajman Executive Council, met Alaleeli and congratulated her on her well-deserved achievement.
