ManageEngine, the enterprise IT management division of Zoho Corporation, announced its plans to participate in GITEX Technology Week 2019, to be held October 6-10, 2019, at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
The company will demonstrate how the integration of Zia, Zoho's artificial intelligence (AI) assistant, in ManageEngine’s ServiceDesk Plus and Analytics Plus helps customers achieve real business impact.
ManageEngine will also use GITEX 2019 as a platform to showcase its best-in-class IT security solutions. The company will exhibit its security solutions that can help combat the increasing number of cyber attacks in the region, and validate why endpoint management is critical to IT security.
Some of the key products on display will be its recently-launched Device Control Plus and AI-enabled Analytics Plus, along with ManageEngine's other flagship products—ServiceDesk Plus, Desktop Central, and OpManager.
“AI technologies are becoming a key success factor for companies seeking a competitive edge. But AI also poses new threats that organizations need to address with proactive IT security so that the AI opportunities and benefits do not come at the cost of breaches,” said Nirmal Manoharan, regional director of sales, ManageEngine. “At GITEX 2019, we plan to educate visitors and customers about the latest trends in IT, address their security concerns, and help them mitigate those risks.”
Senior executives and product experts from the company will be available at the ManageEngine booth (H7-C1) to meet and interact with existing and potential customers, and share their global experiences and expertise with them.
