The company has implemented a long-term strategy in support of Emiratisation. To date, 11 percent of Al Ansari Exchange's workforce consists of Emiratis with plans to increase these figures by creating more job opportunities that suit the qualifications of UAE nationals and fulfill their aspirations, while also providing them with comprehensive training programs that enable them to engage efficiently within the financial and money exchange sector.
