Ajman Free Zone partners with Al Zorah Development Company to manage Al Zorah Business Centre

Ajman, United Arab Emirates - September 3, 2019:   Ajman Free Zone has entered into an agreement with the free zone entity of Al Zorah -  a partnership between Solidere International and Ajman Government -  and a premium lifestyle and leisure destination, to operate the developments of 3,000 ft state-of-the-art Business Centre.  

The contemporary, furnished Business Centre, is located within The Pavilion at Al Zorah, a distinctive and award-winning building complex, accommodating a wide range of leisure and F&B outlets, including Spot food truck park, as well as the prestigious Nicklaus 18-hole championship golf course. The residential element of the development includes The Pavilion, Oberoi Resort, Marina 1, Golf Villas and Golf townhouses.

The Business Centre comprises 17 units in total, including nine executive offices, and eight smaller offices and offers companies a unique and aesthetic environment from which to work, as well as ample on-site parking. The agreement between Ajman Free Zone and Al Zorah will see a wide range of benefits extended to businesses who chose to locate their operations there, including discounts across a wide range of Al Zorah’s leisure and recreational offerings.
