Al-Futtaim credit cardholders will now receive 5% cash back rewards while buying or leasing property within DFC
Dubai, United Arab Emirates, January 28, 2019: Customers buying or leasing property in Dubai Festival City (DFC), Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate’s fully integrated mega project, now have the flexibility to pay their security deposit, rent or sales reservation amounts through their Al-Futtaim credit card while also receiving additional lifestyle benefits.
Customers can pay for their real estate transactions across all three residential developments – Marsa Plaza, Al Badia Hillside and Al Badia Residences, providing an extra level of convenience and move into the mixed-use destination with exceptional facilities including commercial space (Festival Tower), educational institutions (Universal American School and Deira International School), a family-friendly sports and social destination (Al Areesh Club) and the landmark Dubai Festival City Mall.

Parents sending their children to Deira International School will benefit from 0% interest rate on the tuition fee while customers can also take advantage of 0% interest on purchases made at Al-Futtaim brands with easy instalment plan of up to 12 months.
Leasing customers can also use their credit cards for security deposit, annual rent and Ejari fee while investors buying property can make their upfront sales reservation payments as well. Customers will also have the option to pay their District Cooling expenses including security deposit and monthly bills using their credit card.
Cardholders can also avail zero per cent balance transfer facility for up to 12 months with zero processing fee, zero annual fee for the primary credit card and free of cost unlimited supplementary cards for immediate family members. In addition, the Al-Futtaim credit card also provides access to an incredible range of offers across various Al-Futtaim brands and lifestyle and travel benefits including airport lounge access, airport pick-up and drop off, discounted movie tickets and health club access.
Dubai Festival City will also accept credit cards issued by other banks from all over the world.
