PAN Emirates Opens a New Store in Mizhar

Dubai, United Arab Emirates – May 28, 2018: PAN Emirates Home Furnishings, the leading home-grown indoor, patio and outdoor furniture brand in the region, has launched a new store in Mizhar. The store that was officially launched on 27th May 2018 is its 11th store in the UAE.
The home-grown furniture brand is looking to enhance its presence in the UAE and in the Middle East with an AED 4 Million investment towards setting up a new store spanning across 17,000 sq. ft. Apart from being accessible by the residents of Mizhar, Mirdiff and Warqa, it is looking to serve the residents of neighbouring areas with exceptional range of furnishing collection that caters to their distinct needs and preferences. The store features an extensive range of collection, including Traditional, Classic, Rustic, Country, and Victorian themes that are very much suitable to their needs and taste.
The new store opening comes as part of PAN Emirates’ ambitious business expansion plans of getting closer than ever to its potential target customers. Speaking about the launch, Mr. Mohammedi Katawala, Deputy General Manager and Finance Director said: “PAN Emirates is known for its popular product offering and hence is looking to reach out to its customers across Dubai through 6 new stores over the next 6 months. We have 2 new stores opening in Abu Dhabi shortly – One in World Trade Center and the other in Mussaffa, in addition to 1 in Bur Dubai, and 1 in Salalah, Oman. We are also investing on expanding and refurbishing of our existing stores in Dubai. We have also recently renovated our store in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and are looking to expand our store in Oman as well. The new store launches and store expansion plans in 2018 are expected to drive the brand forward and help achieve new milestones, both in sales and brand preference. In fact, we are delighted that the 2018 half-year results have already shown a significant 15% increase in sales as compared to 2017 and we are expecting the rest half to be great as well.”
