Emirates Institute for Banking and Financial Studies celebrates the graduation of 400 students in 2017

Dubai-UAE: 29 November, 2017 – The Emirates Institute for Banking and Financial Studies (EIBFS), the region's leading institute of education and training for the financial sector, recently celebrated the graduation of its class of 2017, across various programs. The toast of the event, held at the Institute's flagship campus in Dubai International Academic City (DIAC), were the 400 new graduates who successfully completed intensive vocational courses in finance, banking and insurance.
EIBFS management as well as senior executives and human resources representatives attended the ceremony from various banks across the UAE. Notably, Jamal Al Jasmi, General Manager, EIBFS, Noura Ahmed Abbas, Director of Training, EIBFS, and Hussam Al Sayed, General Manager of Human Resources at Emirates NBD were present at the event.
Congratulating the students for their success, Jamal Al Jasmi said: “Guided by the vision of our wise leadership that puts the development of human resources at the top of its priorities, EIBFS is at the forefront of honing the skills and aptitude of professionals in the fast-growing banking and finance sector. We are pleased to train yet another batch of students with the qualifications and practical knowledge that can develop their talent further, and in turn strengthen the UAE’s progress as a global hub for banking and financial services.”
