New colours for Audemars Piguet's Millenary
Last Update: Tuesday, October 24, 2017 : 17:40 (+4GMT)
Dubai, UAE, October 24, 2017: Enriched by a new line of straps allowing women to give their look a new edge, the Millenary now offers new textures, patterns and colours that can be switched endlessly.
Spoiled for choice
To complement the styles already dedicated to the Millenary line, women will, as of November, be able to choose among a new array of colours and materials intended to give their wardrobe a new twist: with its classical yet unexpected shape and design, the Millenary is the perfect recipient for a little bit of wristband fun. Giving it a rubber, alligator, textile or even a velvet like finish, Audemars Piguet now offers an even larger choice of colours for its Millenary straps: blue, grey, red, pink, but also light green, or even purple...
Audemars Piguet women’s watch designs do not only echo changing lifestyles – look does not come before comfort thanks to the straps’ second skin feel – but also capture the character of the women who wear them.
Launched in 2015 and inspired by contemporary design, architecture and art, the Millenary has been imagined from the inside out, exposing its different layers all the way through to the beating heart of the watch thanks to a hand-wound Manufacture movement built back to front. Stylish and complex with a strong feminine identity, the Millenary collection picks up the thread running through the history of Audemars Piguet women’s watches, breaking the rules of convention while honouring the highest level of high-end watchmaking traditions.
