Real Estate Developers Offer Range of Exclusive Deals for Investors at Cityscape Global

Middle East’s largest real estate event returns with on-site sales for the first time and a host of special offers
Dubai, UAE; 7 September 2017: Cityscape Global returns to Dubai World Trade Centre next week and scores of real estate developers are busy prepping for what is the biggest property event in the region.
This year sees the introduction of on-site sales for all UAE projects, which means visitors will be able to compare investment options in one place and make purchasing decisions right on the show room floor.
With up to 300 exhibitors vying for attention and offering exclusive deals at the event, which runs from Monday 11 to Wednesday 13 September, here are six deals to name a few:
Jumeirah Golf Estates
Units in Jumeirah Golf Estates’ AlAndalus Building C, a Mediterranean-inspired collection of affordable luxury apartments and townhouses will be offered on a 30/70 payment plan. The plan will be broken down into 5% on booking, 1% every month during construction, 2% for the last instalment before handover, and finally 70% on handover.
RKM Durar Properties
Located in Burj Khalifa District, the uniquely shaped, two-tower residential project, J ONE will offer a 10% discount off of all off-plan sales for their apartment units during Cityscape Global.
Aldar
After the recent launch of their ‘Water’s Edge’ project on Yas Island, Aldar has announced that sales of the project will commence on the first day of Cityscape Global. On offer will be 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units that start at AED480,000.
Tiger Properties
For Tiger’s recently launched fully-furnished tower, O2 located in Jumeirah Village Circle, units start at AED380,000 and go for a monthly rate of 1.5%, offering one of the most competitive prices on the show floor.
Deyaar
For their Midtown project, Deyaar is offering units with a starting price from AED480,000. On top of this, they have a 10/90 pricing plan available for down payments, and boast mortgage payments as low as AED1,398 per month.
Asteco
A selection of deals will be offered by Asteco, predominantly on their Rahala, Anantara Hotel Studio and Anatara Residence units. A 10% cashback is guaranteed for three years on Rahala, while both Anatara properties offer 30% cashback guarantee for the same period of time.
Additionally, a variety of new project launches, deals and offers are expected to be announced next week by local and international companies such as Azizi Developers, Bloom Properties, Binghatti, Compass Real Estate, Damac, Garanti Koza, and Tebyan.
