Last Update: Tuesday, August 1, 2017 : 17:47 (+4GMT)
Dubai, UAE, August 1, 2017: Blast off for a new fashion frontier with Ted’s stellar AW17 collection.
Ted Baker and NOSA (No Ordinary Space Agency) have embarked on a fantastic voyage to bring you a new lifestyle on Sateen. This far-flung, universally well-dressed planet offers an elegant way of living. As well as being light years ahead style wise, Ted’s luxury space community has all the mod cons, not least a personal droid to simulate the day’s optimum outfit. So, come on up to Sateen – a world apart.
Advance your style into the next dimension with clean silhouettes, crisp shapes and a celestial use of fabrics. Inspired by galactic glamour of the highest order, Ted’s AW17 womenswear has been designed to take your wardrobe on a luxury trip into hyperspace.
Ted has summoned an interstellar cast of textures from across the Galaxy this season, from high shine satins and rich metallic jacquards to heavy compact crepes and soft, fluid knits. Buttery leather jackets and updated versions of Ted’s signature pieces add an intrepid sense of drama, while graphic colour blocking, intricate embroidery and asymmetric cuts will catapult you into high-style orbit.
Accessories for the season have gone into supernova, with Ted beaming in rich fabrics like velvets and metallic inspirations from the main collection and combining them effortlessly with classic cues like rose gold detailing, oversize bows and embellished accents.
Key pieces for the season clearly reflect the phenomenal theme: caged silver heeled boots, statement jewellery, and two new handbag shapes: a deconstructed suede lock bag and a moon-shaped metallic clutch for outfits that radiate first-class elegance from head to toe.
