Al-Futtaim Automotive associates honoured at Mashkoor Award Ceremony

Dubai, February 22, 2017:  As part of its strategy to promote a culture of recognition and excellence, Al-Futtaim’s Emiratisation department and Al-Futtaim Automotive have awarded a group of 22 distinguished associates from Al-Futtaim Automotive the prestigious Mashkoor award. 

The award recognises the contribution of 18 distinguished Emiratis and four expat associates within the Automotive division. 

The Emirati associates were nominated by their respective businesses based on their skills and the value they added to the business, while the expat associates were nominated based on their contribution towards the group’s Nationalisation efforts.

Congratulating the associates on their achievement, Abdulrahman Saqr, HR Director at Al-Futtaim Automotive, said: “We value the contribution of each and every employee who makes an effort to achieve the organisation’s goals and objectives. These 22 associates have shown through the last year, their unwavering commitment and dedication to going above and beyond their job descriptions. The Mashkoor award is Al-Futtaim’s way of recognising their efforts and we wish them all continued success.”

The awards were presented by John Harker, Group Human Resources Director, Abdulrahman Saqr, Automotive Human Resources Director and Zuhair Al Haj, Director of HR and Localisation in the MENA region at Al-Futtaim at a ceremony held at Festival Tower, Dubai Festival City.
