Dubai, UAE, February 2, 2017: For one week only, innovative boutique aquafitness studio, L’Atelier Aquafitness will be offering free Aquabiking classes to women across Dubai, letting them see what the global aquabiking fuss is all about for themselves!
Starting on the 19th February 2017, L’Atelier Aquafitness will be offering five free classes to newcomer female customers no matter their fitness levels, without any obligation to sign up in the future. The female-only aquabiking classes, which normally cost AED 155 per class, incorporate a mix of aqua aerobics and indoor spinning on bikes that are specially designed for water activity to offer low-impact, high resistance training which can see clients burning up to 750 calories per class.
The free class dates and times are as follows:
- Sunday 19th February : from 8pm to 8.45pm
- Monday 20th February: from 10pm to 10.45pm
- Tuesday 21st February from 2pm to 2.45pm
- Wednesday 22nd February from 4pm to 4.45pm
- Saturday 25th February from 6pm to 6.45pm
