Elizabeth Arden Make Up Artist, the Architect of Beauty
Yves Hajjar, was born in Beirut at the time the city was considered the Paris of the Middle East. As he grew-up he developed a great love for luxurious goods and elegance, and was fascinated with beauty and cosmetics.
After obtaining his degree at the prestigious Collège des écoles des Frères Mont la sale, he moved to Italy and began his studies in Architecture. After graduation, he started his career as an Architect, but with a different dream well carved out in his heart: to becoming a great artist of Make Up.
Indeed, Yves childhood admiration of international stars like Audrey Hepburn, Grace Kelly and Dalida, left a lasting impression in his mind. He understood that femininity is defined by a seductive gaze that is enhanced with eye-liner and shadows.
Yves continued to pursue his passion, applying Make Up on friends and family, but it wasn’t until the Elizabeth Arden team discovered his talent, somewhat accidentally, that he started to live his dream.
