LUXHABITAT Gears for Growth

DUBAI, 29TH AUGUST 2016: Luxhabitat hires and reappoints four new positions in management, operations, sales and digital marketing to strengthen and lead the company on to its next chapter of expanding to international markets.

In lieu of international expansion, Luxhabitat have added to their strong operating entity with the appointment of four new positions in management, operations, sales and digital marketing. All of the new appointments have significant international expertise.

Jason Hayes, Luxhabitat’s former Head of New Developments has been promoted to Managing Director of Luxhabitat. Jason will be taking over day to day running of the company in addition to taking the management lead on strategy during expansion. With over 20 years of senior executive experience at both CEO and Director level in the property sector, Jason has enjoyed a successful career in both the U.S. and the U.K.

“In my 20+ years of property experience in various jurisdictions and territories around the world, I have not seen an independent brokerage brand that is as strong as LUXHABITAT. There is a definitive gap in the market for a boutique high end firm like ours in key luxury international markets. I am incredibly excited by the challenges that lay ahead.” Says Jason.

Luxhabitat has also appointed Benedict Texeira as Operations Manager. Benny who has a Masters’ Degree in Commerce, has over 11 years of operational management experience in the UAE. His role will be to take the management lead adopting Total Quality Management systems to all our operating systems with a view to Luxhabitat achieving ISO 9001 status.

The results of which I certainly believe will be Luxhabitat exceeding clients expectations in terms of service and transactional delivery standards.” Says Benny.

Luxhabitat has promoted Ryan Kasper to Director of Luxury Rentals. Educated in Switzerland and the U.S., Ryan is a property professional with a decade of GCC experience.  His new role comes complete with a definitive remit of developing the luxury rentals division.

To their marketing team, Luxhabitat has appointed Joseba Umbelina as Digital Marketing Manager. Joseba has a Masters’ Degree in computer science from the University of The Basque Country, Spain. He has been working in the international digital marketing space for over a decade, having held roles in Europe and the Middle East. Joseba has previously held a consulting role with Luxhabitat.

Oriol Font, CEO of Luxhabitat congratulates and welcomes the new additions to the team as the company gears up for international expansion.
