Quest Arabiya to mark The National Day of Saudi Arabia with month-long programming dedicated to the Kingdom

- Quest Arabiya’s month of programs will honour The National Day of Saudi Arabia on 23rd September, celebrating the country and its patriotic people
- A series of insightful programs will focus on the history that has shaped the country as well as its vision for the future
- These will be broadcast along specially commissioned programming that will share some of the lesser known fascinating facts about the country, its landscape, wildlife and people
KSA, August 25, 2016: Pan Arab TV channel, Quest Arabiya, is set to focus its September programming line-up on uncovering the fascinating Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as it approaches its 86th National Day.
Throughout the month of September, the channel will broadcast a selection of internationally and regionally acclaimed shows, which have been handpicked from Discovery Communication’s extensive library, as well as other esteemed regional production houses profiling the country.
Quest Arabiya will also add to the incredible line-up with its own original content that bookends the programs to expose audiences to fascinating facts about KSA and the people changing the dynamic country, including profiling a variety of KSA nationals that are pioneers in their fields.
The selection of programming, which will be aired on the channel for the first time, will educate and entertain audiences alike, creating a rich lineup for regional audiences; from the engineering feats that made the unique architecture of the Mecca clock tower possible, to exploring the exotic marine life that populates the two bodies of water on the east and west coasts of Saudi Arabia.

Quest Arabiya will broadcast KSA-related content throughout the month of September, with special features on National Day, September 23. Serving its Pan Arab audience, the channel has the flexibility to shape its programming around important events and themes from throughout the region.
The free-to-air channel launched in December across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), focuses primarily on factual and reality based programming. Quest Arabiya broadcasts 24 hours a day and is available in Arabic to an audience of 340 million in 45 million households across 22 countries in the MENA region.
